 For all the necessary forms in regard to the coming CIFEJ General Assembly including registration at the GA, proxy, hotel reservation, nominations for the board, project proposals, please see General Assembly 2012 at the left side bar of the CIFEJ website 

Please also note:

Deadline for registration at the coming General Assemblies for those member participants who are interested in benefitting of the free of charge hotel reservation, is Nov 19th, 2011. After thisdate, No hotel reservation free of charge or with any fee (with discount or at high rates) could be guaranteed by the host and it shall be the responsibility  of the late participants.

As mentioned before, only those members who are updated with their membership 2011, are offered 3 night hotel for free.

So, please if you have not received your invoices, or have paid your due/s but you have not yet received acknowledgement from the CIFEJ Headquarters, contact with us at the headquarters for the confirmation.

Early registration is strongly encouraged because of space limitation.
