“The Falcons”, Won CIFEJ Prize in the 32th International Film Festival for Children and Youth, Isfahan, Iran, August 2019
“The Falcons” a film from Iceland won CIFEJ Prize in the 32th International Film Festival for Children and Youth which was held in Isfahan, Iran from 19 to 26 of August 2019. The director of the film is “Bragi Thor Hinriksson” and has been written by “Gunnar Helgason”, “Johann Evar Grimson” and “Otto Geir Borg”. The producers of this film are “Anna Vigdis Gisladottir” and “Thorkallur Gunnarsson”.
The CIFEJ juries were: Fatma Alloo fron Tanzania, Dragan Milinkovic Fimon from Serbia and Mohammad Bakhshi from Iran.
This film has been produced in 2018 and is about a ten-year-old boy who goes to compete in a huge football tournament for kids and will have to grow up faster than he expected.
