In the 21th Olympia International Film Festival for Children and Young People which was held in Dec. 2018, the film “Tresure” from Mexico, could win the CIFEJ Prize. This is a 95 minutes film which has been written and directed by María Novaro and has been produced in 2017. Andrzej Roman Jasiewicz was the CIFEJ jury member who chose this film. The film is about Jacinta who guides us through the story of siblings Dylan, Andrea and Lucas who arrive in a fishing community on Mexico’s Pacific coast to set off with their new local friends on a journey of discovery in search of long lost pirate loot left back by Francis Drake, centuries ago.
