INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION: 35 SHORT FILMS, 21 COUNTRIES, 24 GERMAN PREMIERES

In less than three weeks, the annual KALIBER 35 Munich International Short Film Festival will take place on June 20th to 26th. Now, the festival has announced the 35 films running in its International Competition. Out of more than 2.000 submissions, festival programmer Silvia Osellini picked films from 21 countries including Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Iran, etc. Some of the films selected have already achieved success among the most important festivals of the world, such as Cannes, Sundance, Berlinale, Tampere and Clermont-Ferrand, while all of them will be screened in Munich for the first time as Bavarian, 24 of them even as German premieres.
