Josep Arbiol and Jaroslav Hunstova, the CIFEJ jury members in the IX International Children’s Television Festival “Dytiatko”, chose “The Other Kids” film as the winner of CIFEJ Prize. This film is directed by Pablo De La Chica, the Spanish actor, producer and director. This is an inspiring story presenting the power of football, which can change many people’s life.
