For some time, especially for the last two years, the Plein la Bobine-Sancy film festival, which should celebrate its 10th edition in June 2012, has known some financial difficulties.
The global bad financial context is an opportunity for some politicians to give their support exclusively to actions they deem more essential or profitable than education or culture. The festival has no visibility as to the means it will be given and the possibility to organize an event in 2012. We therefore have to convince our elected representatives of the importance of such a cultural event in the Massif du Sancy and of the fact that the festival’s impact reaches much further than this territory.

Our energy and passion are entirely devoted to prepare the 10th edition of the festival which we hope will take place from June 9th to 14th 2012 and will be followed by many others…
