The contest is dedicated to promote production of films and audio-visual media for children and young people that are culturally diverse, educational, and artistic.

 All those writers who are interested in the art of animation or film for children and young peoplecan participate in the event to facilitate their empowerment, inclusion and contribution, especially to a culture of peace and non-violence.
