Dear members and friends of CIFEJ,

News on Media, Youth, and Professionals in the World from the International Center of Films for Children and Young People (CIFEJ) is now available on our web site:

  This issue includes the lead story written by the editor-in chief, reports on “in production” and “new” films, the youngest CIFEJ Prize winner, the prestigious film festivals for children and young people round the world, and an introduction to the new member of CIFEJ “International Children’s TV Festival in Kharkov”.

CIFEJ would like to thank all the contributors to this magazine, including Ms. Manijeh Engouti for her technical support!

We look forward to receiving contributions or other input to coming issues - brief notices and articles (about 1000-1100 words), tips and reports about conferences and festivals, etc. regarding  children, youth, and audio-visual media.  

Next issue No9, 2012 will be published in January and deadline for contributions is Dec., 1st.
